We work in our communities to identify potential sources of assets and support across a range of needs, not least social, educational and recreational opportunities as well as care and health support needs. Drawing upon local knowledge and understanding the diversity of the community, including the way different groups like to communicate is integral to positive community interaction and cohesion.
